That's what I remember from his interview w Rajkummar Rao and Baradwaj Rangan... Baradwaj talked about "girls" running after you or whatnot... so its obvious, he's seen as a romantic hero primarily.
Compared to someone like Rajkummar Rao, DQ is behind as an actor.
