The Great Father is a family thriller which is really stylish in making. All the actors performed really well. Mammootty is the pillar of this movie and he shines as a star as well as actor, even though he has nothing new to perform the role as an adorable father. Baby Ankitha was also good. We can't even think of another child artist in that role because of her smart performance.

ARYA was really superb. He too got too many claps. He brought the fun element to the movie. He excelled as Andrews Eapen. Especially, his 'phone call' was really superb.
Another great performance was by Shajon. He is proving after each movie that he is a very good actor in character roles. Sneha & Miya has nothing much to do.

Abou the technical parts. Making is really fresh. We will feel the freshness. Hats off to Director Hanif Adeni. Camera, editing, action and BGM were also superb. Especially the road chase sequences were thrilling.

The only negative I felt is the script side which has some loopholes, especially about the villain. But the Direction is able to overcome those negatives. Songs were also average.

It is really great that this movie has completed for just 7 crores and on the 1st day itself, it has collected 4.31 crores.
