So here she "intentionally" with disrespect called him by name
when it became a talk online, she revised it adding "sir"

The intent is clear here..she does not have respect for him and wanted to explicitly convey this..thats all

I think after all this proceedings are over - one good thing that may happen is no one will repeat scenes like in Kasaba anymore in malayalam...& she may end up losing her career.
