We had reported earlier that actor Tovino Thomas's latest venture is titled Maradona and will be directed by debutant Vishnu Narayanan. The actor took to his social networking page to reveal more details of his new film. He informed that the film will go on floors from July 30. In his post he also added that though this 'Maradona' will watch football game, the film has nothing more to do with the game. The movie will have debutant Saranya as the heroine while Chemban Vinod, Titto Jose, Kichu Tellus and Leona Lishoy play other important characters. The film also marks Dhanush's second production in Malayalam after Tovino's yet-to-released movie titled Tharangam, which is directed by Arun Dominic.
