Tovino Thomas to play an extended cameo in Aami
The actor is currently busy shooting for Vishnu Narayanan's Maradona. "It's again a film I have a lot of expectations pinned on. I try and select movies that are different. Maradona will have a mass appeal - it's got action, romance, and family sentiments. That said, it's also an experimental film," he says.
On his role in the film, Tovino says, "The movie doesn't have my character playing football; all it has is a few scenes where he watches the game. But it's a badass character and the film is about his life."
