Fake case illa ennu parayunnilla. but they rarely reach court. It is a ploy for blackmail/tarnishing someone's image. When there is actual investigation and trial, they dont stand, so the victim wont go that extend. However, I believe, if the case reaches court, there is some truth to it. What happens after is based the games played other factors. There could me manipulations, fake evidences, and fake witnesses. That's why I am saying that the victory of the accused doesnt mean that the crime didnt happened. Again, this is not a generalization, but an observation.

atleast in the Nirbhaya case.... 4 got executed. 1 killed himself. and the juvenile kid was let go after 3 yrs (due to Indian law not able to prosecute teens at the time for rape).

Do you believe it is because it was a fake case or it was because there was no convincing supporting evidence? Court decision is based on evidences- Material and circumstantial. Aarum kooru mariyilla enkil polum evidence illenkil no hope. Even if someone did not report in right away and file a case at a later time- A RAPE IS STILL A RAPE. If she didnt CONSENT for sex, it is RAPE.

If the evidence wasnt submitted, you could suspect a foul play. What if they were paid not submit evidence? It is the church, they have money. See what happened to Abhaya case? Because there is no solid evidence, do you think it was a suicide?
