Rules for FIFA 2018 Fantasy game.

Preliminary rules:

Auction:
Total 4 Fantasy teams.
Total amount --> 2 Million (20 lakhs)
Each Fantasy team should have one owner who will officially represent the team, one/two Managers and minimum 8 members per team.

All the 32 teams will be auctioned.
The TOP 8 teams (as per FIFA ranking) are seeded.
Seeded teams will have a base price of 50K.
Middle 16 teams base price 10K.
Bottom 8 teams will be PROTECTED teams with5K base price.
No negative points for PROTECTED teams.

In the auction, a team should buy 2 protected teams (minimum and maximum).
All unsold teams will have one single second round auction after first auction.
Each fantasy team should buy 8 teams each.
No restrictions on the number of seeded teams that can be bought.

Points system:

Win : 300 (including shoot-out)
Win against seeded team : +100
Draw : 150
Loss : 0 (no negative points)

GOAL : 50
Goal against a seeded team : +25 (not applicable for self-goals)
Self-goal (to team) : 25
Corner received : 5
Goal-keeper save (other than penalty) : 10
Penalty saved(not scored) [on filed] : 20
Shot on goal or Bar-hit : 10 [not applicable for penalty]
Penalty gained : 10
Goal Assist : 20 points.
Goal Assist against seeded team : +10.
Hat-trick : +50 (3 or more goals)
Hat-trick against seeded team : +25

Yellow card : -10
Red card : -25
Penalty conceded : -10
Corner given : -5
Off-side : -5
Goal conceded : -25
Self-goal conceded : -25
Penalty missed [on field] : -20

Points will double from Quarter-finals (ICON points will become 4 times).

Shoot-out rules:

No points for penalty received or conceded, obviously.

Goal --> +25
Save --> +10 (means, if your opponent fails to score, you get +10)
Goal conceded --> -10
Shot missed --> -10

Points will double in case of sudden-death.
Points doubling from Quarter-final are not applicable for shoot-outs.
Seeded team bonus points are not applicable in shoot-out.
ICON double points rules applicable.

All Fantasy teams can select 3 ICONS from their teams, ICONs points double for positive and negative.

If you select a Goal keeper as ICON player, all Keeper saves and Penalty saves points will be doubled.
Also, the goals conceded minus points will double.
This will apply to shoot-outs also. In shoot-outs any penalty not converted will be considered as a save.

The points system will be discussed and finalized before start of auction.
ICON replacement not allowed.
Teams can be auctioned even before national sides are announced.
Once national sides announced, teams should decide ICON before start of tournament.

Auction rules:
Franchisee fee: ₹ 10000 per team, to be transferred to 4ever before tournament commences.

Auction steps:
For 50K teams : in steps of 10K up to 2L, steps of 20K thereafter.
For 10K teams : in steps of 10K up to 2L, steps of 20K thereafter.
For 5K teams : in steps of 5K until 50K, steps of 10K up to 2L, steps of 20K thereafter.

No change in base price for teams in reauction.

Note: No mixing of franchisee fee and prize money with IPL Fantasy.

Prize money:
Winners: ₹ 20000.
First runner up: ₹ 10000
Second runner up: ₹ 7000
Third runner up: ₹ 3000
