Status - HF with 80% of the theatre filled with ladies.


My wife rarely tells she wants to watch a movie. This one she wanted to see and she has been telling the same much before its release. I was surprised. So booked for today 7pm show itself. When I reached the theatre, I could see that it was not just my wife, the crowd was completely dominated by ladies. Could see the difference just by entering the theatre compound.


Anyways to the movie. Hats Off to Anjali Menon. I feel she is probably the best director we have in Malluwood to make feel good family oriented movies. Her making, superb cinematography along with stupendous performance from the three lead actors makes this movie a great watch. The movie is all about human relationships: Brother - Sister, Father - Son, Student - Teacher, School Romance, College Romance, College Music, Old Gen Romance, New Gen Romance etc etc....


If not for the great making this movie would have fallen flat since the story line is pretty regular except for the Nazriya character factor. Another great thing about this movie is that Prithvi has come down to earth with this movie. From big talks and big projects he has come down to his strength of portraying character close to real life. His acting has made great improvement considering his last few outings.


I am not getting much into the story of the movie. It is a movie you can really enjoy with family. Might not go well with the kids though.


Ladies will lap up this movie for sure. In EKM Multies and EKM area this movie will rock. Also I think in EKM Multies it will put new records. Other areas of Kerala we will have to wait and see.

Overall Summary - A family movie which is all about human relationship but at the same time does not become preachy....
