koode review - simple and beautiful

status: HF with more than 50% of audience was ladies.

coming to the movie, i went with high expectations and it did fulfill it.

koode takes you along with the life of Joshua and Jenny.. for me, the first 10 minutes itself was a shocker because i didnt expect such a thing in the beginning itself. like BD, how the title of koode is show in the screens is one of the many special moments anjali menon gives u in this movie.

i liked second half better than first half.

after seeing the movie, i personally felt it almost as good as manjadikuru..

entertainment values may be less as compared to BD, but we are glued to the screen for its rich visuals and brilliant cinematography from LS.

performance wise, prithvi best performance after a long gap. he looks so natural in the role. nazriya was the heart and soul of the movie, as she says without me, this would have been a award movie.

parvathy impressed in her short but important role.

ranjith, mala parvathy, roshan mathew all were good. roshan once again impressed in a rock star avatar after anandham.

the boy who played prithvi childhood was also impressive.

i didnt see much negative factors in the movie, may b the pace was slow but it suited the movie.

it has indeed a anjali menon stamp all over it.

rating: 4/5...

the movie in a nutshell makes us understand the importance of people around us, and how we should do things not just for duty but with love for our dear ones.

verdict: super hit - BB level.

family audience were clapping after the movie. overall a positive response.
