Bharat box office collection day 9: Salman Khan starrer goes past Rs 180 crore mark in its extended week one

Ali Abbas Zafar's third outing with Salman Khan has turned out to be another success at the box office. Maybe not at the levels of Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai in terms of collections both of which earned north of Rs 300 crore. Bharat has collected more than Rs 180 crore at the box office in the 9 days of its release, which is actually its extended first week

Bharat is expected to earn a lifetime total of Rs 210 crore plus which will be more than his 2015 hit Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and less than 2014 blockbuster and Salman's first Rs 200 crore grosser, Kick. Bharat will also be Salman's third film in Rs 200 crore club.

Even if the final collections are not at par with the films like Tiger Zinda Hai, Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, it is a winner considering the reception it got from the audience and even most of the film critics.

Salman Khan will next be seen in Dabangg 3, the third instalment in Dabangg franchise. Co-starring Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan and Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep, Dabangg 3 is slated for a Christmas 2019 release.
