കലാകാരൻ vs ബിസിനസ്മാൻ
1986 ൽ TP ബാലഗോപാലൻ എന്ന സിനിമയിലൂടെ അധികം ആരും സഞ്ചരിക്കാത്ത (ബാലചന്ദ്ര മേനോൻ ക്ഷമിക്കുക) ഒരു പാത വെട്ടി തെളിച്ചു അതിലൂടെ ഒന്നര ദശാബ്ദ കാലത്തോളം വിജയകരമായി വിനോദയാത്ര നടത്തി വന്ന കലാകാരനാണ് സത്യൻ അന്തിക്കാട്. പിന്നീട്, ഒരേ റൂട്ടിലോടുന്ന തന്റെ വണ്ടിയിലെ സവാരി പലർക്കും മടുത്തു തുടങ്ങി എന്നറിഞ്ഞിട്ടും സത്യൻ കുലുങ്ങിയില്ല...പിന്നീട്, നമ്മൾ കണ്ടത്, ആശയ ഗാംഭീര്യമുള്ള പ്രമേയങ്ങളെ ആക്ഷേപ ഹാസ്യത്തിൽ പൊതിഞ്ഞു ഗംഭീരങ്ങളായ വിനോദ സിനിമകൾ ഒരുക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്ന സത്യൻ അന്തിക്കാട് എന്ന സത്യസന്ധമായ കലാകാരനെ സത്യൻ അന്തിക്കാട് എന്ന ബിസിനസ്മാൻ വിഴുങ്ങുന്ന കാഴ്*ച ആയിരുന്നു....

വിരോധാഭാസം (വാക്കും, പ്രവൃത്തിയും)
കൈ നനയാതെ മീൻ പിടിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന മലയാളി യുവജനങ്ങളെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കാനുള്ള മിഷന്റെ മൊത്ത വ്യാപാരം ഏറ്റെടുത്തു കുറച്ചു കാലമായി സിനിമ എടുക്കുന്ന അന്തിക്കാടിലെ ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്ററോട് ഒരു ചോദ്യം..... സത്യത്തിൽ ഇതേ തട്ടിപ്പു വിദ്യയല്ലേ സാറേ, നിങ്ങൾ 10 വർഷത്തിലധികമായി നിങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ പയറ്റുന്നത്... നിങ്ങടെ തന്നെ പഴയ ക്ലാസിക് പടമായ സന്ദേശത്തിലെ തിലകൻ ചേട്ടൻ പറഞ്ഞ ഡയലോഗ് നിങ്ങൾക്കും ബാധകമാണ്.....

"ആദ്യം സ്വയം നന്നാകണം.... എന്നിട്ടു വീട്..... എന്നിട്ടു മതി നാട് നന്നാക്കാൻ".....

യാഥാർഥ്യം
എന്തൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാലും, പുതിയ വഴിയിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കാൻ വിമുഖത കാണിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രേക്ഷക സമൂഹം ഉള്ളിടത്തോളം കാലം സത്യൻ അന്തിക്കാട് എന്ന സംവിധായകൻ ഒരേ റൂട്ടിൽ ഓടുന്ന പുതിയ വണ്ടികളുമായി വന്നു കൊണ്ടേ ഇരിക്കും!......കാരണം ഇതു ബിസിനസ് ആണ്....

വാൽ കഷ്ണം: ഞാൻ പ്രകാശനിൽ ഫഹദ് തകർത്തു..... വിനോദയാത്രയിൽ ദിലീപും, ജോമോന്റെ സുവിശേഷങ്ങളിൽ ദുൽഖറും തകർത്തത് പോലെ.... അടുത്ത പടത്തിൽ നമുക്ക് ടോവിനോയെ ഇറക്കണം.... ആദ്യ ദിവസം തന്നെ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ പൊസിറ്റിവ് റിവ്യൂ കൊണ്ടു നിറയട്ടെ .....

but veterans like sathyan never like to change...may be due to the loss they faced when they showed glimpses of changes......SATHYAN is brand among families now....he is the exponent of feel good movies...comparison with BALACHANDRA MENON is just worthless...😬😬😬😬.look where BM as maker now and where sathyan....?
he may be harshly criticised by future movie lovers...for his mundane story telling....but they do enjoy his works secretly....dot...
