Starting with the drawbacks, a request to new age filmmakers: when experimenting with movies, you have to mitigate the risks associated with it. The use of a slow-paced narrative to set the tone, common in new noir films, is a gamble in an era with a short attention span. Movies exceeding 2 hours face a considerable risk, as the overall boxoffice performance, not just actor prowess, determines success. Better keep it short and crisp. Otherwise it decreases commercial viability. After this is money making business. So main drawbacks lie in the slow narrative and movie duration; trimming by 20-30 minutes, eliminating unnecessary episodes (manikandan & amalda) , and crisping up certain scenes would have enhancd the viewing experience.

Into the movie - Described as a mysterious psychological thriller rather than paranormal horror, the movie excels in every departmen. The mind games of the characters are the main highlight in this perfomance driven movie. Despite the film's extended duration, the directorial skills and performances keep audiences engaged. The cinematic brilliance, coupled with brilliant visuals, curiosity factor sustains interest till the end.

Performance-wise, Mammootty consistently proves his acting prowess, excelling in a role of a life time. The faceoff and mind games contribute to a performance and dialogue-driven narrative, overshadowing technical nuances. The technical finesse peaks in the climax sequences.

Though Amalda's exceptional performance adds allure, but the character remains somewhat irrelevant.

Arjun Ashokan and Siddharth shine in roles of a lifetime, showcasing special talent in all faceoff scenes against a veteran like Mammootty.

To conclude 'Bramayugam' offers an excellent cinematic experience for cinema enthusiasts. A cinema that can be showcased to rest of the world, all kudos to the director and technical department and hes here to stay for sometime. Despite minor concerns, it promises peak performance-driven brilliance on screen.

Boxoffice expectation - Despite rave reviews, box office expectations are cautious due to the film's duration and slow narrative. Still not sure as to how the general audience is gonna take the film. The stiff competition from entertainers may impact collections, emphasizing the need for effective promotion. One can definitely expect rorshach level perfomance at the boxoffice
