its more of the poor defensive qualities of our left backs. mendy and walker are really poor in defence. walker is atleast dependable to get the ball back when it is lost. mendy was a wrong buy. yesterday laporte and eric garcia did a good job holding the pool trio. foden played a good match. but the thing is, next season at anfield or etihad against the pools, guardiola will not use the two of them. that sort of dampens their attitude. the bayern munich was touted to be a swap deal. i think alcantara is heading to anfield.
