Chelsea finally looking like a team than individual heavy wights.
But lack of a world class striker will hurt their progress really bad.
Now looking more like a mid table team trying hard to make a mark.

Batshuayi did not play any match, feels like Chelsea is looking for the next club to give him on loan.

Arsenal defender Sokratis claims Burnley are easier to defend against than Liverpool.

VAR was absolutely spot on in denying the City goal. I don't understand what the fuss is. Any handball inside the box is q free-kick and that's what they enforced. Guardiola seems to be obsessed with VAR. Think he should just accept and move on or may be look at sloppy goal keeping and poor defending as reasons for dropped points

Would've taken these 4 points from the two games vs Chelsea and Wolves away!!

Still it feels like 2 Points dropped!
Should've got the win had Pog converted the penalty

Absolute perfect strike from outside the box from Neves to grab them a draw!!

Maguire and Wan Bissaka looked really solid and involved a lot in the build up phase!! Pogba in deep lying role improved from his game vs Chelsea! Daniel James will hopefully improve and provide a good creative outlet from the right wing!! Hopefully Fred will come back soon to first team and add depth to the Centre midfield where options looks really thin at the moment!! Pereira/Mata could have been tried at AM instead of Lingard even though they might not be the quickest players out there!

Woodward should've really signed a proper AM for playing 4231 to good effect..or got a DM so that Pogba could be used in advanced role in 433

May be its time to give some gametime for Gomes/Garner at AM/CM respectively though it may be a season or two early for those young lads!!

guardiola was one of the first managers to stand by var... even after jesus goal was denied, even when pundits are shaming and claiming the decision, guardiola has stood by var... some scouser fans seem to think 2 games into the season and 2 points above city have already handed them something more than hugs and kisses this season... just shows how much 97 points ended up in wails and moans

VAR rule is clearly stated "any use of the hand which leads to a goal or a goal scoring opportunity will be penalised, whether intentional or otherwise." People will get used to it. But still there is some tweaks here and there required and unforeseen circumstances will arise and will need to be adjusted to such situation. More importantly, VAR must reflects that its unbiased and transparent in its ruling by end of each match and at season end.

VAR is very annoying and ridiculous.... jesus had to do all the hard work control the ball and place it, celebrate then comes the drama, while watching i wasn't overjoyed cos it was injury time and it was spurs, and above all it was city, something might come up, and damn it's true... but during a city corner rodri was clearly pulled by lamela (i think) but no penalty was given, the commentary team was saying if the referee gives it a penalty then var also give it a penalty!!! really then why var is needed... again it's city... and to one of the kops here, if a rule has to be followed then why didn't adrains breach of penalty rule in the super cup was not intervened!

Adrian was clearly off his line before penalty save in Liverpool’s Super Cup triumph over Chelsea, so why didn’t VAR intervene?

another thing about the jesus goal, all pundits claim there was no touch, just a brush of hand... had the ball brushed kane instead of laporte and jesus kicked the following ball out, would a penalty be given in favor of spurs? no. var is only for checking when goals are scored, which is absurd. moreover, aren't referees supposed to go to the sideline and check the monitor cos nothing of that sort happened... funny thing is not even a single spurs player appealed for handball... lloris was even seen smiling...

u mean city.... for team defending this rule is not applicable, unintentional handballs in own box will not result in a penalty...
