Main issue botox aayirunnu ... To remove the crow feet around the eyes ... Once it is injected emoting athra eluppam aakilla. Oru tharam nirvikaratha aanu mughathu undaavuka... It will take around 1.5 yrs to completely reverse the effect, i think... Just look around his eyes and you will see.

i think he did liposuction to reduce fat from stomach/abdomen and cheeks and eye bags. just an assumption.
he looked fine in the final scene of neerali, most of younger portions of odiyan and majority scenes from lucifer. perhaps his makeup artist must have discovered a pattern now.
dont think much can be done to reverse the surgery. hope and wish he will be alright with time.
