It's probably not Werner's fault or lack of quality(I think he already scored enough goals at RB Leipzig) it's the game plan. Lampard's plan was only counter attack and it was easily ruined by Christiansen (he should have thought 0-1 was better than 1 man down with 2nd half to play - what a overkill rugby tackle). Even on counters Werner had not much support from his co's. Not enough confidence to play +vely even at home. Even in that 5-3 loss at Anfield Chelsea was a far better team than this ( but it's different approach) - may be Lampard wanted a point or more and hoped for Mourinho's title ruining match to happen again.
