after the 4th round, city was 14th in the table - the lowest in guardiola's career...League table after 14 Rounds ( City played one game less ) City were noway near Top 6 even
even after 9th round, city was lingering at 13th...
Man Utd's case was also more or less the same , but City's consecutive victories changed all the complexion .....the chasing pack lost their belief all of a sudden ...now the title race is over with a handful of rounds to play
The way they defeated Chelsea was the turning point I think , then beat United convincingly in the League cup SF ...there was no looking back from then on wards
I had a feeling ... City to meet Liverpool at some stage in the Champions League

Against wolves Gabriel Jesus showed the type of goals he can score, after aguero city need someone who can score even with half chances sadly jesus doesn't tick that box, he is good at pressing and all but he is not Mbappe, Haaland, Lukaku, Kane, Lewy or Martinez level.
jesus is like firminho... more of a team player... a striker with good pressing skills...
its just that he needs to score regularly to become confident of himself...
since city goals are coming from everyone other than the keeper, this is the best time for jesus to build up his self-esteem....
