A mostly intriguing yet thoroughly by-the-numbers thriller.
This may stick to the HIT formula structurally, but the tension is genuine and the crimes are frightening, which helps this sequel stand out regardless. Although the story isn't shockingly original or unpredictable, it's neatly directed by Sailesh Kolanu, and Adivi Sesh gives another of his superbly intense performances.
Sure, it does not tread new ground, but at just two hours, the sequel to HIT is lean, mean and entertaining.
