ഈ സിനിമയുടെ അവസാനവും ഒരാഴ്ച മുൻപിറങ്ങിയ തങ്കം എന്ന സിനിമയുടെ അവസാന ഭാഗവും തമ്മിൽ ഒരു സാമ്യതയുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ തങ്കം കണ്ടിറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ആ അവസാന ഭാഗം ദഹിക്കാതെ മനസ്സിൽ കിടന്നു . എന്നാൽ ഇവിടെ അത് അങ്ങനെ സംഭവിച്ചില്ല . അവിടെ ആണ് ഈ സിനിമയിലെ എഴുത്തുകാരൻ വിജയിക്കുന്നതും ശ്യാം പുഷ്ക്കരൻ പരാജയപ്പെടുന്നതും.
