Sui Dhaaga seems interesting, first I thought, it is being directed by the person who dished out the insufferable..Badrinath ki Dulhania...But this is from the maker of Dum Laga ke...and Anushka is there in it too..so will be looking forward. I heard both positive and negative online reviews of Omerta from people who watched it at MAMI...but being a fan of team's previous film 'Aligarh', I am definitely intrigued. I wish there are some good independent films too, missed most of the stuff that had come out last year and honestly there was not much to choose from either.

A good writer should come on board, and he/she should ghost direct the film...even when he tried to something like Aakrosh...he failed to capture the essence of north indian milieu...times have changed, he cannot survive on the stregth of glossy foreign locations and slapstick humor.....

    Correct. Lol

Is he good for a Hindi film? The real answer is no. As the majority of his Hindi films are just remakes.

Technically he's a good director. But with out a decent script he can only churn out crap.
