Sonia Agarwal debuts in Malayalam with Mukesh

Sonia Agarwal, the estranged wife of director Selvaraghavan, is now attempting a big comeback, she had started of with starring in the recently released ‘Vaanam’ opposite Prakashraj. Though her role was minor in ‘Vaanam‘, that has brought her to the limelight again.
Besides on the spree of signing up several projects in Tamil, the actress has also signed her first Malayalam movie. It has been reported that she would debut in Malayalam with a yet-to-be-titled film, which stars Malayalam hero Mukesh in the lead role. The movie will be directed by Mohan Kupleri.

Sonia Agarwal who was introduced by Selva into film industry with starring opposite Dhanush in ‘Kaadhal Kondein’ around eight years back, had a successful stint in the industry before marrying Selva in 2006. The Couple now divorced and with Selva all set for second marriage with Geetanjali.

Sonia is currently busy shooting for a Tamil movie and will join Mohan Kupleri and Mukesh at the sets of her first Malayalam movie in Kochi very soon.Yet another Kollywood girl lured by some other wood.
