Film a pakka Mammootty Mass show after Rajamanikyam. But movie as a whole its nowhere near to Rajamanikyam.. It's incredible it took more than a decade for such a film after Rajamanikyam.

Positives:


Mammookka - Looks, nadatham, mannerisms, dialogues ellam pwolichu.. Van response aayirunnu.. A magical performance. Mammootty as Zacharia even looked younger to Mammootty as Balram who is around 30 years younger. It's amazing how he keeps the energy up. He was, still and will always be the STYLE KA BAAP. It's again magical how he makes each of his police characters different to each other. Suresh Gopi would certainly envy him in that aspect.

Kalaa samvidhaanam mikachathayirunnu.. Mam kazhinjal biggest USP aayi thonniyath ithanu..

BGM - Another big factor.

Script & Direction from Nithin - Certainly could have made better. But it had lots of qualities. Characterization of 3 lead actors. (4th one of the heroine's was not good). Had a lot of mass scenes. Cliched aavathirikkan maximum try cheythu.. (bar fight okke undelum ) Climax scene pwolichu.. (varalakshmi - intimate scene with Mammootty - gun) Oru mass padathil nalloru emotional scene kond varaan pattiyath Nithin enna script writer director ude kazhivaanu..


Varalakshmi & Sampath - Strong performance

Jagadish - Kidu acting aayirunnu.. teaser il ulla scene il Mammootty kkoppam thanne aa style il nadannu varunnath kidu aayirunnu..

Siddique - Orotta scene aanelum Inger aa character memorable aakkikkalayum..

Editing - 1-2 scenes ozhich nalla pace undayirunnu..

Negatives:


Mammootty heroine (not varalakshmi) kurachoodi combination scene venayirunnu.. (with a bit of humour and glamour).. Ithippo bore aayi..


Athe pole pre-climax dialogues between Varalakshmi and Sampath.. (Classmates le Pritvi-Kavya scenes ormippichu)..


Kurachoodi bigger canvas il edukkamayirunnu.. Ennirunnalum colourful aayi padam orukkan Nithinu kazhinjittund..

Ashleelam aavashyathil adhikamund.. But target genre vech nokkumpol vallya issue alla..

Summary:


Overall, a movie to cherish for Mam fans. And a warning to haters that "you should never doubt Mammootty" - What a glamour at this age! Awesome screen presence! Stunning mannerisms! Indeed a Mammootty show.
