If you are quite familiar with the kind of mass telugu films or if you are ‘ok’ with kind of dubbed films released here, then Janatha Garage wouldn’t disappoint you much. The fact that it doesn’t harm you with the proceedings itself is a huge positive as such films are quite rare in that industry. Maybe the Malayalam version was trimmed perfectly; lags and drags were comparatively very less this time. There aren’t too many songs either, only one in the first half and three in the second, of which two of them are quite short and go hand in hand with the narrative. Overall, a satisfying or above average action entertainer which doesn’t let feel like you have wasted your money.


Pazhaya bomb kadha oke thanne, ennaalum over aakkiyittilla ennu thonni, dialogues aayalum stunts aayalum senti aayalum. Valichu neetti veruppikkilla, pettennu theerum… kanda telugu padangalil vechu nayakante punch dialoguesum alarchayumonnum illaatha padam ithaayirikkum. Villainteyum gundakaldeyum koprayavum illa… Neat aanu mothathil, atleast I felt so…


Performance wise, NTR is surprising with his every movie. Pandathe padangalil veeppakkutty pole irunna manushyan , mukham kandaale arappu thonnumaayirunna aalu, ippo kidu… abhinayavum kollaam, looksum kollaam, it won’t be soon until he rises to the top spot there, both in performance and box office.


Annan was good, jilla pole wasted role onnumalla. Angane annanu maathram cheyyaan kazhiyunna role-o annane poloru actorko starino demanding aaya role-o allenkilum he made the difference. His eyes speak a lot here and he was at his charismatic best, compared to his recent movies. Athyavashyam respect kittunna role thanneyaanu, and he did it in his own style with ease, cakewalk ennokke parayaam. Teluganmaarkum ishtappedum annante character and abhinayam; sathyrajineyum prabhuneyum oke kandu maduthavanmaarku ithoru freshness thanneyaavum. Not a bad choice at all, let his name and fame expand more.


Baaki parayathakka characters onnumilla, Samantha, nithya oke guest/extended guest pole aanu… athokke oru kanakkinu aashwasavumaanu…


Verdict : Deserve to be a hit here, avideyum bb aavanamennu aagrahamundu, ithupole neat, underplayed, calm and cool nayakanulla mass padam avide rare aanu, athukondu thanne avidathe kaaryam paraayaan pattilla.
