England players are not good enough.. Thats the simple fact.. Individual players do not make up a good team.. When was the last time we had seen a good team performance from these so-called world calss players?? :roll: :roll: :roll: ... Gerrard and Lampard never ever gel well.. neither Erikscon could do it, nor Mclaren.. There is no point in blaming the manager all the time wen your players do not deliver game after game.. I am not saying that McLaren is a great tactician, but where was the drive among the players.. There was no urgency at all..The back 4 was just horrible yesterday to say the least.. Thinking of it, it must have been a miracle work from Eriksoon for taking this bunch of morors to 3 major QFs...

England deserved nothing more... Russia were way more consistent with a group of players that were more motivated and proud to wear their national shirt...

They have talent !! but look at their managers ...Erikson --great tactician ..but man management ? a big zero !!! if you are not able to tackle the attitude issues or egoes in the team then how will the team perform ? Mclaren ....dun know how did he managed Boro to uefa cup final !! other than that 99 treble as AM at United is the only experience !!! yes a great assistant ..but for the top flight ???noway !!! FA got wrong there as well !!! Bring on the Special one !!!He will show wat Eng is capable of !!! best in the business available ...who is not afraid of media and who can handle atitude issues !!!! who will never hesistate to axe a superstar !! whoever may be !!! or Klinsmaan ---tha total fooball manager !!! or Scholari !!! but i think they will again go for a mediocre english coach like Jewel ,Bruceetc etc .......
