Suarez eyes Liverpool win over Arsenal

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez believes a victory against Premier League leaders Arsenal at Anfield on Saturday will put his side in pole position to claim a Champions League return.

Suarez has led the Liverpool challenge for a top four finish in stunningly impressive fashion this season and he accepts his side's next game could be hugely significant in their ambitions for the rest of the season.

Suarez's Liverpool team-mate Martin Skrtel is a little more bullish when he gives his thoughts on the clash with Arsene Wenger's Gunners, as he is convinced a victory is within reach for Brendan Rodgers side.

"I'm confident we can beat Arsenal. We definitely have the strength to do so," he told the Liverpool website. "They are the leaders at the moment but we can give them a hard time. It won't be an easy game but I am sure we can do something in front of our fans."

I worry for Liverpool Midfield...especially Gerrard(even though he has done wonderfully well in the last 2 games),Arsenal Mid Field's fluidity and movement could be just too much for him...A defeat wud be calamitous for us...Chance for Utd to close the gap...

Yes , that could be an issue ...but even a half chance for Suarez-Sturrdige-Sterling combo producing goals ..and the game is at Anfield ...Liverpool should play ..thinking that the opponent is Man Utd or Everton :smile:

Liverpool oru 3 or 4 matches nirathi pottiyaalum ..United can't bridge that gap ...this season you people deserve a place in Top 4 and not United..
