I don't want Gerrard to be compared with Totti..Coz there is no point in measuing loyalty..Even after that Stevie had lots of chances to leave, as revealed by Mourinho and Ancelotti..And in that particular case. it wasnt because of Liverpool fans threatening him..He would have dropped the idea much much before had that been the case..It all came down to his family..That was it..His family was Liverpool through and through..They just did not want him to leave. Even in his mind it would have been difficult to leave his boyhood club.

He would have dropped the idea even without the death/family threats enn venamengil pool fansnu vicharikaam. But it was a bit too obvious that threats played a part in him staying.
