what giant ...their achievement just they produce cheap low quality product by using low paid slave workers...so they became a manufacturing hub and made money,,now in this pandemic we saw the quality of Chinese products ..Chinese products are ok for only use and through items

yes ,it is ..what you feel..I started feeling depressed and sad..it is biggest crisis in 3 or 4 generations...3 rd world war may be better than this...who know about vaccine ..see aids vaccine still not there ..but this one have far better chance of vaccine...another threat is chance of mutation which can make disease more dangerous or less dangerous ...mostly it mutates to less dangerous ,..but in case of Spanish flue opposit happened in second outbreak mostly killing all people in 20-40 years group because of high immune reaction among young people ..

If testing kits were available every state would have done something

It is the failure of central government.

In this issue no politics ...central govt have make sure test kits are made in India to have proper supply ....in China there is global completion to get ppe and test kits ..
in Canada where I live whole test kits are now made locally to make sure good supply ..in few months millions of test kits per weeks are going to be made here ...so India have to make sure local technology and local production if India want do enough tests ...because of global competition to get these things if country need to open economy millions of tests to be done ..to isolate and getter idea about disease ..now India is fully depend on China...it should change ..central govt and state govt have role to encourage local technology and production..
