PROGENIES JOIN HANDS FOR AJITH

Ilayaraja and Vairamuthu gave several hit
numbers in their career before parting
ways owing to certain indifferences. At a
time when their fans yearn for their music
once again, we hear that their sons have
joined hands.
Confirming this, Kabilan Vairamuthu said
that the he has penned the lyrics for a song
composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The
young lyricist also recalled the days they
had spent together as kids playing at the
recording studio. It may be mentioned here
that the film that will bring Kabilan and
Yuvan together is the Vishnuvardhan
directed, Ajith starrer project which has not
been named yet.

Already Madhan Karky, son of Vairamuthu,
is making his impact felt in Kollywood as
lyricist and dialogue writer. Now it is the
turn of his elder brother Kabilan to prove
his mettle.
If sources are to be believed, Kabilan is
penning lyrics for Ajith's next movie
directed by Vishnuvardhan. "Kabilan is
working with Yuvan Shankar Raja for this
yet to be titled movie," sources say.
It is said Kabilan and Yuvan share a
friendship that dates back to more than
two decades. "They were pals right from
the days their fathers, Vairamuthu and
Ilayaraja respectively, worked together."
Meanwhile, shooting for the film, which has
Arya, Nayanthara and Taapsee Pannu in
lead roles, is going on as planned.
Vishnuvardhan is giving his best to the
project, as he is "aware of expectations"
from Ajith fans.

Ajith's gym workout creates a frenzy

Ajith's workout stills in the gym have
created a major frenzy in the social
media space since the morning. Even
celebs have been re-tweeting these
snaps to their followers. Director
Vishnuvardhan had clicked these snaps
in Mumbai while Ajith was pumping
some iron in the gym.
After posting these pictures, Vishnu
signed off by saying that he will post
the next set of workout pictures after
30 days. In this meanwhile, the shoot
of the film will also be going on and
Ajith would also continue building up.
Is it going to be another 6 pack treat
for the fans? Looks very likely at the
moment seeing Ajith's beefed-up
avatar.

Vishnuvardhan’s untitled film for producer AM
Ratnam.
The star has hit the gym with a vengeance
and has acquired a beefy look, which has
made his fans happy.
Vishnuvardhan met up with Ajith on Sunday
in Mumbai where he is shooting for Sridevi’s
English Vinglish. After getting Ajith’s
approval, Vishnu released Ajith’s gym
pictures through Twitter. The response was
simply awesome.
The untitled Vishnuvardhan film has Ajith
playing the role of a hacker and Nayanthara,
Arya and Taapsee in supporting roles. It is
confirmed that Rana Daggubati will do a
“special appearance” in the film which has
music by Yuvan Shankar Raja
Meanwhile Vishnuvardhan is planning to
shoot his next schedule in Mumbai.
In an interview Vishnu said: “I am planning to
work on a drama, more on family action
drama, very urban background. I want to have
an all-together new look for Ajith sir who is
going to look stunning in my film.”

South Indian yester year actress Suma
Ranganath has been signed for an important
role in the film which has Ajith in the lead role.
This film is being directed by Vishnuvardhan.
Suma Ranganath had donned the female lead
role in the film Managara Kaval which had
Vijayakanth in the lead role.
Though she had acted in few Tamil films, none
of them fetched her a good name. Later she
switched over to Hindi, Kannada and Telugu
films. At this juncture, she is back in a Tamil
film. In this film Nayanthara is pairing with
Ajith. Arya and Tapsee are another pair. The
shooting of this film is taking place in Mumbai,
Andhra and Bangalore
