Except Bluetooth and Skype, WP is great! It is stylish and hot. not for children :)

Note : I use Lumia 920 8 months old. (Using Android tab as well)

The only major issues I see with WP is the absence of file manager app, and the limited number of apps.

A dual core powered windows phone will beat any quad core powered Android phone. Almost zero lag time.

I haven't used WP much. But the basic video player app plays recognizable videos.
The WP users could answer to that question.
