The simple question is if the threat is so dangerous why is the center not inteveing?? 30 lacs of lives is not a joke...Why is the kerala govt failing to convince the concerned authorities and the SC in this manner?? Its not abt 2 or 3 years.. this has been on for 3 decades..

so partially its politics and partially the thing is a bit exagerrated...
