The pretty actress is likely to be paired opposite a leading actor whose name will be revealed very soon by the team (sources say that Shankar is keen to cast Dulquer) . Kamal Haasan will play an aged freedom fighter ?Senapathy? and the actor is also hitting the gym to get in shape for his role.
To be produced by Lyca, Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose music for the film and Ravi Varman is cranking the camera. Sources say that Shankar is working with multiple writers for Indian 2 including Kabilan Vairamuthu, Jeyamohan, and Lakshmi Saravanakumar.
The principal shoot of Indian 2 will begin in the month of December and major portions will be shot in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. After Indian 2, Shankar is likely to do a film for Sun Pictures.
