I personally rate WUS clearly better than YJHD. WUS is more pure to its genre and unapolegetic.
YJHD is very much a commercial formula as a safety net and then some attempts within that.
WUS is proud debut for Ayan, pretty much. YJHD is his commercial pitch. Works to an extent.
