And Sethurama Iyer is back with ‘Black Investigators’....! No other series in Malayalam films has perhaps enjoyed the kind of popularity that the CBI series has had! Directed by K Madhu and scripted by S N Swami, the series and its iconic CBI Officer Sethurama Iyer played by Mammootty, would forever remain in the hearts of Malayalam film lovers. The CBI series has already seen four films till now – ‘Oru CBI Diary Kurippu’, ‘Jagratha’, ‘Sethurama Iyer CBI’ and ‘Nerariyaan CBI’. If reports are to be believed S N Swami is just done with the one line of the fifth edition of the series that has been titled ‘Black Investigators’. K Madhu is currently busy with another thriller ‘Banking Hours’ that stars Anoop Menon and Meghna Raj. The director would start working on the fifth CBI film once ‘Banking Hours’ is complete. ‘Black Investigators’ is said to have the most interesting script that S N Swami has penned for Iyer
