Serie A champions Milan have SEVEN players out of contract in the summer, including star midfielders Andrea Pirlo, Massimo Ambrosini and Clarence Seedorf.
And although Allegri admits he has yet to decide on whether to offer the trio new contracts, he did reveal he is a huge fan of Spurs star Sandro.
The 22-year-old Brazilian moved to White Hart Lane last summer but struggled to impress in the early stages of his Tottenham career.
However, a string of recent starring performances for Harry Redknapp's side have seen him become a regular fixture in the starting XI — and his form has caught the attention of Milan.
Allegri said: "The president and I will talk about everything. My requests? We'll talk about how the season went and together with [CEO Adriano] Galliani we'll discuss the future.
"Sandro? He is a good player but it is too early to name names. There are still contract negotiations to tie up and based on those we'll make the choices in order to prepare a competitive AC Milan team, like 25 years ago.
"It's normal that as a coach I'll speak about my needs and then together we'll evaluate where we are, based on the available players."

ANDREA PIRLO has confirmed he will leave Italian champions AC Milan next month.
The 31-year-old has called time on his San Siro career after spending 10 glittering seasons with the club.
He said: "It's a mutual decision, I've had 10 unforgettable years here."
After joining from rivals Inter, Pirlo went on to win nine major honours with Milan, including two Serie A titles, two Champions League crowns and a Coppa Italia.
He also played a key role in Italy's 2006 World Cup success, forming an excellent central midfield partnership alongside Milan team-mate Gennaro Gatusso.
Pirlo made 284 league appearances for the Rossoneri, scoring 32 goals, but a string of injuries hampered him this term and he fell out of boss Massimiliano Allegri's first team plans.
But Milan, who won their first scudetto since 2004 earlier this month and face Udinese in their final game of the campaign on Sunday, revealed Filippo Inzaghi and Alessandro Nesta have signed new one-year deals.

Juventus coach Luigi Del Neri has confirmed he will be leaving the Turin giants at the end of the season following a meeting with the board. Del Neri only took over in 2010 after leading Sampdoria to the Champions League, but he has failed to revive Juve's fortunes. The Bianconeri languish in seventh place in Serie A, meaning they will miss out on European football next term.
"Next season, Juventus will have a new coach, the club informed me last Wednesday of this decision," Del Neri said at his press conference ahead of Juve's final game of the season against Napoli. I accept this choice; but I reiterate I would do it all again. Juve don't have the time to wait for change and gradual growth. As for me, when one door closes I hope another door opens."
Del Neri signed a two-year deal when he joined the club in May and said earlier this week that he would not quit despite the struggles. Juve have now been forced to act, but the 60-year-old does not regret accepting the post.
"The Juventus project initially made me so proud that I gave up the Champions League with Samp to take part in it. I was delighted with the arrivals of [Fabio] Quagliarella and [Alberto] Aquilani, with the maturation of [Paolo] De Ceglie, the form of [Vincenzo] Iaquinta, then the collapse in January changed the whole season. The injuries affected everything. The Bianconeri bench made me mature. The lads were splendid, they were easy to manage. I discovered a new atmosphere that helped me grow a lot. I do not have to prove anything to anyone and life goes on."
Speculation has already begun over who will be in charge of Juventus next season, with former Juve midfielder Antonio Conte emerging as the favourite to take over after leading Siena to promotion from Serie B. Another target, Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini, has been quick to rule himself out.
