ഇന്ത്യന്* സിനിമയിലെ ബ്രഹ്മാണ്ഡ സംവിധായകന്* ശങ്കര്* , തമിഴിലെ സൂപ്പര്* സ്റ്റാര്* വിജയ്* എന്നിവരുടെ കൂട്ടുകെട്ടില്* ബോളിവുഡിലെ 3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സ് എന്ന സിനിമ റീമേക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്ന വാര്*ത്ത കേട്ട അന്ന് പലരുടെയും നെറ്റി ചുളിഞ്ഞു. കാരണം റീമേക്ക് സിനിമകള്* ഒരിക്കലും അതിന്*റെ ഒറിജിനലിനെ കവച്ചു വെക്കാറില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല 3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സ് എന്ന സിനിമ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച അഭിപ്രായം നേടിയ സിനിമയും കൂടെ ഇന്ത്യന്* സിനിമയുടെ കളക്ഷന്* റെക്കോര്*ഡ്* മാറ്റി മറിച്ച സിനിമയും കൂടിയാണ്. ആമിര്* ഖാന്* കോളേജ് പയ്യനായി 3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സ് സിനിമയില്* അഭിനയിക്കാന്* ഏക കാരണമായി ആമിര്* തന്നെ പറയുന്നത് ആ സിനിമയിലൂടെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രീതികളെ കുറിച്ച് ജനങ്ങള്*ക്ക്* ഒരു മെസ്സേജ് കൊടുക്കാന്* കഴിയുന്നത്* കാരണമാണെന്ന് . ഹിന്ദി സിനിമ കാണാത്ത ഒരു വലിയ സമൂഹം തമിഴ് നാട്ടിലും മറ്റു ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യന്* സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും ഉള്ളത് കാരണം ഈയൊരു റീമേക്കിനെ പോസിറ്റീവ് ആയി കാണാം.
നന്*പന്* സെക്കന്റ്* ഷോ തുടങ്ങുന്നത് രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക്. കാരണം മറ്റൊന്നുമല്ല, സിനിമയുടെ ദൈര്*ഖ്യം 3 മണിക്കൂറില്* അധികം. 3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സിന്*റെ കഥയിലും തിരക്കഥയിലും കാര്യമായ മാറ്റം വരുത്താതെയാണ് നന്*പന്* ചിത്രീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ആദ്യ 15 മിനിറ്റ് തീയ്യറ്ററില്* കൂവലും ബഹളങ്ങളും ആയിരുന്നു. മറ്റുള്ളവരെ വെറുപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള കുറെ ജന്മങ്ങള്* കേരളത്തില്* കുറെയുണ്ടല്ലോ. വിദ്യാര്*ത്ഥികളായി വിജയ്, ശ്രീകാന്ത്, ജീവാ എന്നിവര്* അവരവരുടെ വേഷങ്ങളോട് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ നീതി പുലര്*ത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എങ്കിലും ആമിറിനെ പല രംഗങ്ങളിലും അതെ പോലെ വിജയ്* പകര്*ത്തിയതില്* നിന്ന് ഒരല്*പം വെത്യാസം ആകാമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നിപ്പോയി. ആമിറിനേക്കാള്* ഹിന്ദിയില്* ഒരു പക്ഷെ നമുക്ക് ഇഷ്ട്ടപ്പെടുന്ന കഥാപാത്രമാണ് ഷര്**മാന്* ജോഷിയുടെ... ജീവയാണ് ആ കഥാപാത്രത്തെ തമിഴില്* അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. മറ്റാര്*ക്കും അത്രയെങ്കിലും ആ കഥാപാത്രത്തെ തമിഴില്* അവതരിപ്പിക്കാന്* കഴിയുമോ എന്നറിയില്ല. മാധവന്റെ വേഷം ശ്രീകാന്തും വൃത്തിയായി ചെയ്തു . തമിഴ് സിനിമയ്ക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഒരു മസാലയും ഇതില്* ചേര്*ത്തിട്ടില്ല എന്നുള്ളതും ഈ സിനിമയുടെ പ്ലസ് ആണ്. സ്കൂള്* പ്രിന്*സിപ്പലിന്റെ വേഷം സത്യരാജ് മികവുറ്റതാക്കി. സൌത്ത് ഇന്ത്യയില്* ഏറ്റവും പ്രതിഫലം വാങ്ങിക്കുന്ന നായികമാരില്* ഒരാളായ താര സുന്ദരി ഇല്യാനയെ തന്നെ കരീനയ്ക്ക് പകരം കൊണ്ട് വരാന്* ശങ്കര്* ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു. മനോജിന്റെ ചായാഗ്രഹണം , ഹാരിസ് ജയരാജിന്റെ സംഗീതം എല്ലാം സിനിമയ്ക്ക്* മാറ്റ് കൂട്ടും. സൈലന്*സറുടെ വേഷത്തില്* പലപ്പോഴും സത്യനെ അംഗീകരിക്കാന്* പറ്റിയില്ല, എങ്കിലും സ്റ്റേ ജിലുള്ള സീന്* വന്നപ്പോള്* തീയ്യറ്ററില്* പൊട്ടിച്ചിരി മാത്രം. രണ്ടാം പകുതിയിലെ ഇറുക്കാന ഗാനം വെറുതെയെന്നു തോന്നി.
3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സ് കണ്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തവര്* നന്*പന്* തീര്*ച്ചയായും തീയ്യറ്ററില്* പോയി കാണുക. വിജയുടെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സിനിമയാണ് ഇതെന്നുള്ളതില്* സംശയം ഇല്ല. ജീവയുടെ അഭിനയ ജീവിതത്തിലും ഇതൊരു പൊന്*തൂവല്* തന്നെ. എന്നാല്* 3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സ് എന്ന സിനിമയുമായി താരതമ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയാല്* ഈ സിനിമയും കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളും ഗാനങ്ങളും ഒപ്പത്തിനൊപ്പം എത്തില്ല. എന്നാല്* അതിശയിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സത്യം എന്തെന്ന് വെച്ചാല്* 3 ഇഡിയറ്റ്സ് സിനിമ കണ്ടവര്*ക്കും ഈ സിനിമ ആസ്വദിക്കാന്* കഴിയും എന്നുള്ളതാണ് . സിനിമ തുടങ്ങുമ്പോള്* ബഹളം വെച്ചവര്* എല്ലാം രണ്ടാം പകുതിയില്* നിശബ്ദരായി സിനിമ ആസ്വദിക്കുന്ന കാഴ്ചയാണ് കണ്ടത്. ഇന്ത്യന്* സിനിമയിലെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല റീമേക്കുകളില്* ഒന്ന് എന്ന് നിസ്സംശയം പറയാം .
