EVERY City player touched the ball before Aguero scored the second goal.
Classic Pep! No matter what the score, who the opponent, where on the table, the playing style remains the same. Lovely.

disappointing derby. both managers had fixed agendas. with the quality produced by city players + return of jesus + united down to 10 men, just could not pounce on a win.

It turned out to be an absolutely pulsating game at the Riverside, but not the result City had hoped for playing against a relegation struggling team. Both strikers scored goals.
With tail-end of season coming up, feel like, Pep cannot be blamed for sticking on with his playing style which impressed whenever it came out good, but surely he cannot be admired for showing the confidence to try it out with the wrong set of players, especially our full-backs. With Sane, Jesus, Sterling, Gundogan, DeBruyne, Silva, Fernandinho & Aguero, the offence is shaping out good, need to just work out on the urgency to finish off the chances; but our defense, it is in dire need of an overhaul. Clichy, Kolarov, Otamendi, Navas, Fernando, Delph all these players should be off-loaded this season. though i like them, Toure & Sagna might join the list too. iheanacho should be allowed to go. if possible, get a poacher. bravo should be given one more season with better central defenders.
