Director M A Nishad’s No.66 Madurai Bus will start its journey on Jun 29.

Pasupathy, Padmapriya and Makrand Deshpande play the main roles in this story of love, betrayal and revenge.

Nishad feels that he can recreate the good vibes that was received for his Vairam, with his new film.
Meanwhile he has also announced his next film, Gandhi Square, with Thilakan playing the lead.

The film is being produced by NFC Entertainment and has been scripted by Sunish-Biji.

Nazriya in Mad Dad

The hugely popular anchor of the TV reality show Munch Star Singer Junior Nazriya is making her entry in films as a heroine with Revathy Varma’s Mad Dad.

The story is mainly about a dad played by Lal and the affection that he shares with his daughter.
“I can relate to the role as I am really close to my dad. I love shooting for the film and we are having a wonderful experience at the location,” says the actor.
She was seen in a music video recently titled Yuvvh, which became highly successful in the Internet. The video featured her and Nivin Pauly.
Nazriya will soon be seen in a high profile movie in Tamil, produced by a big production company, but the formal announcement will be made soon

Molly Aunty Rocks starts

Ranjith Sankar, the director of highly acclaimed Passenger and Arjunan Sakshi, has started the shoot of his next film Molly Aunty Rocks in Nenmara in Palakkad.

Molly Aunty Rocks has Prithviraj and Revathy in the lead. It is a different type of emotional drama from Ranjith Shankar.

Prithviraj, who has completed Shaji Kailas' Simhasanam, was expected to start shooting for Fazal's Mumbai Dosth but the project ran into trouble after the issues between its scenarists Rafi and Mecartin

Ratheesh Vega with a handful


The music director Ratheesh Vega, who debuted with the songs of 'Cocktail' is gradually climbing the ladders of big success. After his recent hit songs in 'Beautiful' which suddenly brought back the melodious sensibilities of Malayalees, the young musician has plenty of projects around. He has recently used super star Mohanlal to sing a song for his new movie 'Run Baby Run' which is currently on production.
Ratheesh will also join Tamil movie industry with the new movie directed by Sasikumar, which is his immediate big project. Ratheesh has also agreed to do music for films by Shyju Anthikkad featuring Lal and Navya Nair, Padmakumar's 'Red', and the new movies directed by Aneesh Upasana, Deepan, Sanjeev Shivan and Susreendran's new Tamil flick. Looking at the projects that are coming his way, definitely this seems to be the year of Ratheesh Vega in Mollywood.

Bhavana goes a Left right





After a short gap, Bhavana will be seen as the heroine once again, in the new movie 'Left right Left' directed by Arun Kumar Aravind. The movie which will once again combine the hit lead pair of 'Ee Adutha Kalathu' will have scripts by Murali Gopi. He and Indrajith will don the lead roles in this movie which will start its shooting by this October.
Arun Kuamr Aravind's earlier movies like 'Cocktail' and 'Ee Adutha Kalathu' has been lauded as fine new generation flicks which also gained appreciable success at the Box Office.

Navya Nair is back







Navya Nair was not seen on screen after she entered wedlock a few years ago. The pretty Mollywood actress, who is popular in Kollywood as well, is eyeing a comeback now.

According to sources, the 'Raman Thediya Seethai' actress will start her second innings with a Malayalam film titled 'Scene 1: Nammude Veedu'. She will play the role of a higher secondary teacher in this flick.

Lal who will essay the role of an associate director in the film, which has Asif Ali, Gauthami, Lalu Alex, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Thilakan in pivotal roles.

The film will be produced by Shafeer Seth. Circles close to Navya says that she accepted to do 'Scene 1: Nammude Veedu', since she was impressed very much by the script and her character in it.

This time he will be for the first time uniting with Janapriyanayakan Dileep. The director who had completed a hat trick of hits will be eyeing for another in the scripts for Benny P Nayarambalam. As per the first reports, this Vysakh flick will be a December release.

Apart from this, Vysakh also have another project with Dileep, a humorous action thriller, tentatively titled as 'Raajadhiraja'. To be produced by Dileep's Home banner Grand Productions, this movie will be scripted by hit makers Uday Krishna-Sibi K Thomas.
