i have read zoya factor..ithinte rights shahrukhnte kayyil ethandayirunnu pandu (subject to confirmation :) ).. chetan bhagathnte five point someone okke pole oru decent book nothing more nothing less... protagonist was loosely based on dhoni. now that dhoni is married and settled not sure how they are going to adapt it.
ee bookil aanu parayunne ur dick will be the size of ur fingers, the longer n broader ur fingers the bigger ur dick. :)

I think Zoya Factor'inde rights are with Aarti and Pooja Shetty (former Congress MP Milind Murli Deora's wife), who are reported to be producing the movie as well. Aarti and Pooja are also daughters of the legendary businessman/producer Manmohan Shetty, who founded and developed Adlabs Films Ltd, one of India's largest media and entertainment firms. Manmohan Shetty also produced Lal's hindi debacle RGV's Aag.

Anyways, ethu ekke paranjathu, DQ is supposedly a close friend of Aarti and Pooja Shetty. I remember this because they had a Twitter exchange when Adlabs launched their big theme park imagica.
