A grounded Naadan film could still be an entertainer. Depends on how you go about it. Like for example recent ones Nna thaan case kodu and Kaduva.. both have their heroes dressed in Naadan attire in a Naadan somewhat grounded setting..

I feel like that’s something DQ has never really showed us he can do convincingly and he should take that challenge on. If not now then when ?

What is your definition of a pan indian actor? An actor who has acted in many languages? Or an actor who has made a pan indian hit? And what is the minimum criteria of a pan indian hit???

DQ is famous all over India. So why cant he be called a pan indian actor???

To meet the criteria box office is not the only benchmark. Yash has not acted in any other movie other than Kannada.... DQ has acted in Bollywood and all Southern languages except for Kannada. So who is pan indian here????

And yes we are also badly in need of a pan indian industry hit. And I think it is possible only with DQ

A pan-Indian film does not mean that actors from different languages come together. That's all part of it. A pan-Indian film means a story and emotion that connects to everyone irrespective of the language.
