Actor Mohanlal’s passion for art and all things artistic is well documented. Now the actor has tried his hand at painting and uploaded the pictures on his official Facebook page. And much to the actor’s delight, his fans and friends soon poured in with appreciative comments and a flurry of ‘likes’.
Mohanlal first posted a photo which depicted him painting a picture at the A P Sreethar Art House in Chennai on May 31. The photo received nearly 8000 ‘likes’ within minutes of being uploaded.
The positive comments clearly encouraged the actor to wield the brush again and he posted another photo on Saturday, asking his friends and supporters if he should continue. The reaction on the community wall was highly enthusiastic.
“He is truly multi-faceted and has proven his talent in acting, singing and dancing through his movies. Now we are thrilled to see his interest in art and his flair for painting,” said Ajeer Rahiman, a Mohanlal fan from Kodungallur. With the positive reception to his initial efforts, the actor can be expected to wield the brush more often, which certainly would be a treat for his legions of fans.
