Lock down will be officially over, but a 'lock down like' situation will remain.
Crowd formation will remain banned - malls, theaters, beaches etc.
Restaurants to remain as take away, KSRTC to operate in limited way. Autos, taxis not sure.
Interstate transport to remain suspended.
Kerala may be allowed to sell liquor, to raise revenue.
