Tamil nadu, telengana, Maharashtra okke cases and death surge is mainly due to tableegi event... Otherwise I don't think this much positive cases be there. For eg Tamil Nadu during the first week of April reported 302 cases of tableegi alone of the 324 tested after the tableegi news came out... The country and all states were doing good but unfortunately the disease spread... Don't forget that the states found it very difficult to track down the patients as many weren't coming forward on their own to help the government to quarantine them... Himachal Pradesh even had to announce ipc 302 to make sure they came forward... It's people who should behave responsibily in crisis like this... Just hope the foreign returned individuals cooperate with government now that many are coming back
