This is the time india realy a need a lock down ..last lock down failed because cases are not isolated ..testing was not there ..so when lock down removed spreading was fast

if they are going to lock down tell to the people before it so that people can prepare or move before the lockdown started and also dont allow people to move even interdistrict for atleast one month once the lock down is lifted......

If kerala is going for another lockdown give some time for the people to move and prepare,once the lockdown lifted dont allow anyone to come to kerala for 1 month or else compulsory paid quarantine for 14 days to all.....

Now kerala overall test positivity rate is 2.55 but some results are pending so 3 akum innuvare ulla test positivity rate anyway authorities needto bring it under 2 so need more testing.....

Ex. Trivandrum, Ernakulam, & Irinjalakuda etc...

As Chief Minister mentioned a complete lock down is a must with strict control measures
