    So it means the coordination and cooperation between central government and state government realized it.
    Then I don't understand why there is a fury only against central government in the issue of oxygen shortage in some states. Respective state governments also equally responsible for oxygen shortage issue. After all health is a state subject.

    Agree that Central should have acted on it as its a pandemic related. But what I am saying is, Since health is a state matter , why states are not following up and getting the things done ? They can also raise the red flag.
    Seems like accountability missing or unclear. Now state and center can point finger each other when people die every day. Sad state.
