Moyes is tactically very poor. He cannot change the game plan when it is not going for the team.

As a coach, Fergie was also not tactically the best, his contemporary arsene was better.
but his man management was highly appreciated and was able to get the best out of many players.
And he had a never say die attitude that he passed on to all generations of team that he coached. The reason for man utd's late surge in many games. And apart from his last couple of years, his team played with a flair and intensity that had te fans jumping for the team.

Now I see the team, and I am hardly excited.

Moyes needs to bring back the style and flair associated with united. Winning and losing is secondary. Otherwise the fans will not last long.
