was really irritated with Mourinho's tactics when they played against Atletico ..but enjoyed his style yesterday for some obvious reasons

yesterday match was spot on tactically...

but if u watch tha match closely one will admire the perfection and position sense...
lots of hours of hard work wud have gone into that...
it was not rough defence but was a tactical masterclass..resembled the royal azurris of the past..

As much as I hate Mourinho, can't keep myself from saying he was the 'manager' last week. Atletico Madrid is all poised to grab the La Liga this season. They are in a powerfully commanding position. Mou is deprived of his best players Hazard and Eto and still visits Calderon, pulls off a 0-0 draw and plans to settle things at Stamford. Liverpool was all poised to grab the EPL this season. They were in roller-coaster form at home. Mou gets deprived of Cech and Terry, fields a 'comparatively' weak team, visits Anfield and pulls off a 2-0. many might say Mou has pre-historic tactics and parking buses, tractors and space-ships. but the fact is, at the end of the day, results matter. its time, teams find out ways to frustrate Mou. City lost twice to Chelsea by one-goal margins and defeated them once by a two-goal margin.

city is back to the front, mathematically. win three games (Everton (A), Aston Villa (H), West Ham (H), get on level with a winning Liverpool and clinch the title by superior goal difference. two seasons back, it was ManU. anyways, it sounds pathetic. City winning it courtesy of Liverpool, Chelsea and Sunderland.

City were really pepped by the Liverpool-Chelsea score. Dzeko scored in the third minute. Toure wrapped it in the 43rd minute. Played the second half safely. Joe Hart was not troubled much. Kompany and Demechelis are becoming really good at their job. its a good thing City won an away match without Silva.

next is Goodison Park on Sat. a defeat there and this weekly title-crunch will flip again.

If liverpool expect visiting teams to go on attack and keep their defence open they will struggle in UCL big time...
The more frustration shown by Brendon the more happy visiting teams will be..
He should rather take a chill pill and spend some time to try to find ways to break such tactics if at all he can..
