Glazer family is planning to dump 150m into the market. Liverpool is going for 60m.
City will be affected. As per FFP rules, the number of Englishmen in their squad is below the standard (which i think is the reason City plays good soccer). most probably, City will not play next years CL unless City lawyers convince the Arbitration of Sport Council this week. so, City pumping huge into market seems unlikely.
