Kick was eagerly awaited because the trailers and songs showed it to be a movie of high production value which any of sallu's recent movies had. I did not see the original KICK in Telugu.. The story revolves around Devi, played by Sallu.. who wants KICK in everything he does. The first half shows the love story betwwen Jacqualine and Sallu which was to an extent dragging.. The second half was more interesting.. Randeep Hooda and Nawazzuddin was good especially the latter, who played the baddie

Positives:
Super cinematography and songs
Salman Khan was super
Nawazzuddin played his role well
Jacqualine had a sexy look in the movie who was far better has heroine of Sallu's Jai Ho.

Negatives:
SOme cliches
Love story not convincing
Some loose ends

But finally we get the money's worth as the movie is entertainment guaranteed.
Verdict: Blockbuster.. will be sallu's first 200 crore movie..
