Veteran filmmaker David Dhawan's younger son posted on Twitter: “Work on the badlapur is still on the first look will be out end of this month and trailer early December”.
'Badlapur' helmed by director Sriram Raghavan happens to be an action-thriller venture. It has a star cast comprising Varun Dhawan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam and Radhika Apte in pivotal roles.
Interestingly, there were media reports suggesting that beautiful actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was also approached to play a part in the film. 'Badlapur' happens to hit the silver screens on February 20, 2015.
Now, that we know that 'Badlapur' first look will be out at the end of this month, and the trailer in December, we really can't wait to see such an interesting cast on celluloid.

Varun’s Badlapur trailer on 2nd Dec, in theaters with Action Jackson

The theatrical trailer of Varun Dhawan, Huma Qureshi and Yami Gautam starrer Badlapur to be attached to the prints of Ajay Devgn’s Action Jackson.

Ajay Devgn’s Action Jackson is one the most awaited releases of the year and makers of many upcoming releases have already started fighting to get the promo’s of their respective films to be attached with Action Jackson. However, it seems Varun Dhawan has already won the battle as the trailer of his upcoming thriller Badlapur is all set to be attached to the prints of Action Jackson.

A source close to the development revealed to a leading daily-

“Yes, there couldn’t have been a better start to the promotional campaign than this. Ajay is very fond of Varun. In fact he has also worked with his dad David Dhawan earlier. He is happy that Badlapur would be unveiled before the audience who would be stepping in to watch Action Jackson.”

The source continued saying-

“Action Jackson is the biggest film before the yearend other than Aamir Khan’s PK. Many films wish to get their promo attached to the Prabhu Dheva directed film, considering it has a mass appeal and would be seeing the widest ever release for an Ajay Devgn starrer. For Badlapur, there couldn’t have been a better stage and setting.”

While the promo will be attached to the prints of Action Jackson, the audiences will get to watch it online from 2nd December 2014. The makers have planned to launch the trailer along with the media at an event in Mumbai on 2nd December 2014 post which it will be launched on You Tube.
