This issue could have been resolved in a simple manner. A new condition can be made. Let the agreement be 50:50. But the producer should be allowed to 'wide release' his movies in any theatre he likes. Will Liberty Basheer allow that if the producers agree to 50:50 sharing ratio?

But again low budget films which do not require wide release will suffer.
